Our firm provided full-service interior design, furniture design, and art consultation on multiple Integrated Lean Project Delivery (ILPD) projects. Rebecca Brennan, Principal, has been an active Last Planner and design team member on the Henderson Hospital ILPD team since early planning and conceptualization.

Rebecca and the interior design team have been participating in Last Planner system both on high-performing project teams and internally with weekly pull planning to sequence the interiors, furniture, and art design, specification, order, and installation phases.

Design Studio Blue works closely with project team estimators and trade partners to deliver target value design. This ensures that the hospital meets the operational needs and values of the users, is delivered within the allowable budget, and promotes innovation throughout the process to increase value and eliminate waste. Design Studio Blue performs A3 reports and CBA (choosing by advantage) spreadsheets to present innovative ideas and to make informed decisions about interior design.
